In 2012, when the APAC region, especially Malaysia, was brimming with IT services providers delivering solutions with a one-size-fits-all approach, a young team founded Abhidi Solution to fill the gaps in customer engagement while delivering niche technologies to the enterprises. Ever since Abhidi has been providing reliable technology solutions based on the unique needs of its clients. The company follows a consultative approach to educate customers to improve their awareness and adaptability of new technologies. “As a quality-driven company, we have partnered with our clients in all our engagements and have grown with them. Our unique engagement strategy has won us sustained relationship with our clients,” gleams Ghanisht Juneja, Associate Director of Client Engagement, Abhidi Solution.
At the outset of a client engagement, Abhidi holds multiple sessions with clients to understand their needs. The firm undertakes requirement analysis from the process and talent perspective and after numerous brainstorming sessions, finalizes the plan. Abhidi creates prototypes of its products and services before commencing development and delivery. “We take a calibrated approach to implement Agile while catering to the change management needs in the client environment,” informs Juneja.
Abhidi holds expertise in web development, SAP development, and 24/7 SAP support, and provides solutions for supply chain, Human Capital Management, and blockchain. The company invests in training and upskilling of resources to deploy niche, skilled experts for Blockchain, mobile application, SAP and security.
With such expertise, Abhidi saved one of its clients’ big data project from turning into a failure. Before on-boarding Abhidi, the client had collaborated with two other IT service providers for technological support, but the project didn’t take off. Abhidi grasped the project requirements and accomplished the task of consolidating data from 24 different information sources. Soon, the client could start leveraging the power of big data. In another instance, when one of its other clients sought a technology partner to roll out SAP modules for supply chain and finance to its nationwide network of distributors, Abhidi was all ears. The delivery of modules to more than 3000 distributors had to be completed within 24 months, certainly a herculean task. Abhidi optimized the project management processes and completed the rollout of the modules within 15 months.
These case studies reflect the knowledge and astuteness of Abhidi’s talent pool that the company has garnered over the years, amid the talent crunch in the region. The firm focuses on building a multi-cultural environment to ensure the availability of the right resource for the right project. What started as an initiative to foster a stronger talent base through dedicated training—for 90 days in a year—for the internal employees has bore fruit for the company. Today, Abhidi has started a new service initiative of providing training services as part of its consulting, which now includes business consulting for backend management and big data.
The success in breaking down business, operational, and technological challenges in different verticals has inspired Abhidi to tackle complexities faced by enterprises in other countries. The company aims to expand its footprint in New Zealand and Australia in 2019 and collaborate with more new age technology solution providers to gain expertise in upcoming technologies.
